Using Photographs to Enhance Videos of a Static Scene.

Some crazy kids in washington university in the states have come up with this video enhancing tool that can edit, alter and enhance low resolution video footage.

You basically take you low qaulity video that you took with your phones camera, then using the software marry the video footage up with high resolution still images of the same scene. The output will be a new high qaulity video that has been enhanced to the same qaulity as the still images.
